Alta Loma, California, October, 2021 : Global Technology Solutions Inc. (GTS), a Certified Small business, has been awarded the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS). As part of this award, GTS has qualified for solicitations under two Special Item Numbers (SINs) under the Information Technology and Automated Contact Center Category.  GTS has qualified for the  IT Professional Services SIN ( 54151S ) and the Automated Contact Center SIN(561422). The GSA MAS allows the Federal government to buy directly from GTS going forward.

This award reiterates GTS capabilities and expertise in IT and Automated Contact Center Services. GTS has demonstrated a strong past performance in contact center space within public sector agencies.
