OVERVIEW

We are in the process of building an all star in-house digital marketing team. As we continue to develop a strategy road map, we want to ensure the team is built on the right foundations.

We are currently hiring a Marketing Specialist who has exceptional creative skills and the ability to translate complex technology concepts into simple, compelling marketing campaigns.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end support of marketing and communications campaigns. You will have oversight for implementing marketing tactics such as campaign development, event planning, digital activities, website updates, and managing marketing agency. In this fast-paced role, you will deliver marketing campaigns on time, on schedule and on budget; all while delivering ROI. You will be working in close collaboration with our marketing agency teams to deliver world-class campaigns to the client/business for lead generation. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience managing multiple complex projects
• Expert understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and develop detailed workback schedules
• Knowledge of one or more of the following: web development workflows, social media platforms, visual identity, creative lifecycles, HubSpot, video production and in person/virtual events
• Ability to work on multiple projects while delivering them on time and on budget
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Undergraduate degree
• Experience working in an agency environment is a strong asset

OVERVIEW

Genesys Contact Center, our expertise and creativity transforms customer contact centers into customer experience powerhouse. As a senior AWS Developer, you will be working with an innovative bunch. We are an empathetic company. We are thinkers. We challenge ourselves every day to create the best experience for our customers.

You will be part of our digital team and responsible for building custom solutions and / or products using the server less technology on AWS. You will also work closely with our customers, partners and internal team to deliver awesome application on AWS.

Ok. Now tell me about my roles and responsibilities?

In this role you will:

• Develop AWS Server less application.
• Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
• Lead technical design session to produce high-performance and highly scalable application.
• Write infrastructure as a code using CloudFormation or similar
• Implement the application’s CI/CD pipeline using the AWS CI/CD stack.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and product owners to find solutions to complex issues.
• Define service capacity planning strategies.
• Migrate infrastructure with zero downtime to a highly available, scalable one.
• Set up a monitoring stack.
• Mentor and train junior members of the team.

What about the skills?

• AWS Certified Cloud Solutions Architect or higher is a must.
• Experienced AWS Developer with 5 years of cloud development experience.
• Experience with the core AWS services, plus the specifics mentioned in this job description.
• Previous exposure to large-scale systems design.
• Strong notions of security best practices (e.g. using IAM Roles, KMS, etc.).
• Past hands-on experience developing server-less apps, including and not limited to the use of Lambda, DynamoDb, SNS, SQS, AppSync, API Gateway. QuickSight, Athena, Kinesis desirable.
• Good understanding of design patterns.
• Knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Having used ECS / EKS in the past is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems.
• Good background in Linux/Unix administration.
• Extensive experience in building real-world products/solutions and integration experience with other systems.

ABOUT YOU:

Global Technology Solutions, Inc, is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, sales professional with tried-and-true experience selling in the public sector. You will engage in the State, Local, Municipal, Higher Education, and Academic Medical Center Market. You’ll build positive, trusted relationships with decision makers and help public agencies and public and private education institutions realize the value of their investments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Account Executive will be responsible for providing clients with product solutions based on facts and understanding of customers' business needs, use cases, and strategy, and will own opportunities through the full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Helping clients identify gaps in the Citizen Experience and solve those through our AI, Contact Center and Custom Application Development solutions.
• The role will be to partner with the GTS Marketing and Sales departments to build on top of our already successful Public Sector practice.
• Partner closely with our strategic partners in Genesys, Amazon and Google to develop marketing campaigns and co-sell into our joint public sector target accounts.
• A strong understanding of Information Technology is highly desired as this position will be seeking to ultimately sell cloud technology services and offerings to these entities with a primary role of generating, qualifying, and closing new business for the company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation.
• Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources
• Meet or exceed sales as assigned by selling GTS services into SLED accounts.
• Directly prospect, generate pipeline, accurately and consistently forecast that pipeline to close.
• Conduct high-level conversations with Administrators and Executives
• Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
• Develop a strong understanding of GTS offerings for Public Entities and promote these to the Public Entities. Also learn about and establish relationships with other GTS partners and jointly work together to identify and close new business.
• Prospect net new logos, develop and maintain business within existing accounts and manage complex sales situations / large projects.
• Create, deliver and manage client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Utilize solution and value-selling techniques along with objection handling to effectively guide sales process to close.
• Build relationships internally and work alongside other subject matter experts to fulfill the needs and expectations of clients.
• Work closely with Delivery groups and Marketing to support go-to-market plans and demand generation activities for vertical area.
• Keep informed of product line, competition, and sector trends.
• Strong understanding and adherence to public sector procurement regulations and guidelines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree (or relative work experience) required.
• 5+ years selling technology into the Public Sector
• Existing senior level relationships within the Public Sector Experience with contract and procurement policies
• Shown understanding of Public Sector (specifically SLG) Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
• Experience selling UCaaS, CCaaS, PaaS, SaaS within SLED vertical.
• An impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory, as well as stellar presentation skills to C-suite level executives.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool experience
• Excellent communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with proven ability to interact with associates, clients and vendors at all levels of responsibility.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage changing priorities as needed.
• Ability to travel, as needed.

PREFERRED SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of solution-selling techniques
• Prospecting experience is required.
• Must be self-motivated with a drive to take initiative.
• Excellent written communication, articulate as well as a strong note-taker and listener.
• 5+ years C-Level selling and relationship building experience within SLED.
• Understanding of UC tools including Zoom, Google, WebEx, Teams, (video, chat, voice)
• Salesforce CRM experience, as well as Genesys, and AWS.
